Shipping/Returns Policy

Order Processing Time:
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours.
Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS calculates your shipping rate based on the weight of your order and your shipping location in relation to our warehouse location (Miami, Florida). We ship to the USA ONLY.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. For standard USPS Ground service, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 – 7 business days of its ship date. We currently do not offer 2 day or overnight shipping.

After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, FLORA FOODS cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

DAMAGES

RETURNS
We accept returns initiated within 15 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To complete a return, please contact us here or email us at customerservice@florafoods.com

Items returned that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Items sold as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an email when this is complete.

EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping. FLORA FOODS will cover shipping of the exchanged order after receiving and inspecting the return. If you need to exchange your purchase, contact us here or email us at customerservice@florafoods.com
