The history of the Biscotti has origins to the Abruzzo region where farmers used to bake them in the last century. The Flora Pistachio Biscotti cookies are wonderful with an after-meal coffee or with a mound of ice cream!
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, eggs, candied citron 8% (citron peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavors), pistachio 8%, egg white, sugar cane 1%, baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), butter (milk), honey, flavours, salt. Contains: wheat, eggs, pistachio, and milk. May contain: pistachio shells. Produced in a facility that may also process wheat, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and soy.
