The history of the Biscotti has origins to the Abruzzo region where farmers used to bake them in the last century. Traditionally dipped in hot wine during the most important parts of the harvest, Flora Dolcetti Cranberry Biscottis can be added to ice cream for an additional crunch and tarty flavor.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, cranberries 20% (cranberry 98%, sugar, acidity regulator, citric acid, natural flavors, elderberry, sunflower oil), eggs, egg white, sugar cane, baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), butter (milk), honey, flavors, salt. Contains: wheat, eggs, and milk. May contain: traces of nuts and soy.
